There are a range of complex behaviours and issues that can threaten a person’s safety, family stability and ability to secure and maintain housing.
Families@Home aims to keep family members safe and secure in their homes through
coordinating access to a range of early intervention services such as;
Families@Home services households in the City of Whittlesea who are at risk of homelessness due to violent or threatening behaviour.
Individuals or families may refer themselves, or be referred through community service organisations such as schools, health services, the courts, police or local council.

Kildonan UnitingCare is the lead agency delivering Families@Home, and partners with Crossroads Family Violence Service and HomeGround services to ensure all relevant needs of a family accessing this program can be met.
